Premium Affiliates receive a free e-commerce Website with up to 20% commission on sales made at the Website. In addition, Premium Affiliates receive the ability to upload logos and graphics, and the ability to earn double the commissions on their 2nd tier at PrepaidOnline.com. I forgot my affiliate ID and/or password? Your affiliate ID and password can be automatically sent to you at the e-mail address you used to set up your Affiliate membership. Click here to retrieve a lost password. back to top When will I receive my commissions? Commission checks are issued quarterly in January, April, July and October. Affiliates will be issued a commission check once their account has met the $50.00 threshold in earned commissions. Commissions will accumulate until the total earned amount is $50.00 or greater.
